Deliveries and returns

DELIVERY

Products will usually be despatched in 2-5 working days from order.

Allow 5-7 days if item is printed to order.

Despatch times may be extended during or over Bank Holidays and weekends.

Please refer to your tracking for further information.

Once your order has been received and processed it will be shipped using method selected at checkout.

DELIVERY

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided during the order process.

This is particularly important when ordering internationally.

If the goods ordered are returned to 4Under Limited due to incorrect delivery details being entered by the Customer then the Customer shall be responsible for the cost of resending the goods.

If the goods are no longer required or we cannot make contact with the Customer then the items will be returned into stock.

A refund will be issued less an administration fee of £15.

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery (Subject to Order day)

Items being delivered within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail.

Orders under £100 will be subject to a delivery fee of £3.95 (Tracked Standard).

Orders over £100 will delivered free of charge (Tracked Standard).

  1. USA & CANADA

Please allow 7-14 days for delivery (Subject to Order day)

Shipping times are determined by the transport service used for you delivery.

The estimated time for delivery is 5-10 working days, however this can be extended if the local Customs service retains the package.

Orders under £100 will be subject to a delivery fee of £10.95 (Tracked Standard).

Orders under £100 can be delivered via an Express 48hr Tracked Service – £20.95 (Delivered in 48hrs from dispatch)

Orders over £100 will delivered free of charge (Tracked Standard).

  1. Import Taxes & Duties

Local Customs and Excise charges and/or import duties are determined by the Customs Office in the delivery country and where applicable.

These may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of any tax and import duties arew the sole responsibility of the recipient.

For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

If you do want to return good(s) for a refund or exchange, please send them back to us within 30 days of receipt.

Fill out the Exchange / Return Form that was included in your delivery package.

Include your order number found on your order confirmation email, your full name and the good(s) you would like to return or exchange.

In order to comply with our Returns Policy please make sure all good(s) are in the same condition that you received them.

Accordingly, all items must be :

  • In the original packaging with the swing tag attached or included.
  • Not worn, washed or marked in any way.
  • Be free of deodorant, perfume, make-up, smoke or any other odours.
  • Be free from animal hair or fur.

All items will be fully inspected upon return.

If you are unable to download the Returns Form then please include a note including all of your relevant details

If you return goods from outside of the UK you will need to include details of the package contents, state that the parcel is a return item.

Upon receipt of your parcel we aim to process your refund within 14 days.

An email will be sent to you once your exchange/refund has been processed.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If an exchange is requested then the replacement order will be shipped free of charge.

Returns received after our Standard Return Period of 30 days will not qualify for a refund.

If any of the conditions listed in our Returns Policy are not complied with then 4Under Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund and / or charge a cleaning fee of £10 if required.

4Under Ltd take no responsibility if the parcel is damaged, lost or delayed in shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and get a proof of postage.
