Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretations

1.1 4UNDER Limited (referred to as 4Under, us and we) is acting as the promotor for this FA Cup Final 2024 ticket giveaway. 1.2 The ‘Prize’, or ‘Prize Tickets’ refers to x 2 Club Wembley seats at Wembley Stadium for the specified date only.

2. Promotion and Conditions

  1. Entry to the ticket giveaway is via Instagram and complying with terms on the Instagram post announcing the giveaway.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. The prize winner will be announced on the 15th of May 2024 and will be decided by 4under.
  4. One of the ticket winners must be aged 18 or over.
  5. NO CLUB COLOURS WILL BE ALLOWED as Club Wembley is not segregated.

3. Event

  1. The FA Cup Final is being is being held at Wembley Stadium, South Way, London HA9 0WS on the 25thof May, 2024. Wembley Stadium and Club Wembley Terms and Conditions will be forwarded with the Tickets.
  2. Tickets will be forwarded by email the day before the FA Cup to the named winners only.
  3. Names cannot be changed or altered and ID will be required by Club Wembley.
  4. The winner must pay for all of their own expenses at the event.
  5. The winner must pay for all of their own travel expenses to and from the event.
  6. The winner will be chosen by 4UNDER after the prize draw closes.
  7. No alternative dates can be chosen by the winner.
  8. If the winner is unable to attend on the date of the tickets awarded, the promoter reserves the right to pick another winner.
  9. The winner will be contacted by 4UNDER by DM and story tag. They will then be emailed to confirm that they have won.
  10. 4UNDER reserves the right to seek verification of all entries including but not limited to requiring entrants to provide proof of identity.
  11. 4UNDER may refuse to award the tickets or disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the prize draw or has won using fraudulent means.
  12. The tickets are not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable.
  13. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of 4under that affects or could affect the proper operation of this prize draw, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, 4UNDER reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

4. Personal Data and Legal Information

  1. Under will not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Persons under 13 should not use or provide any information about themselves including without limitation their name, address, email address or screen name or username.
  2. If 4UNDER learn that they have collected or received personal data from a person under 13 without verification of parental consent, 4under will delete that information.
  3. If a participant believes that 4UNDER may have any information from or about a person under 13, they should contact 4UNDER.
  4. Law – these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
  5. Prize Draw Administrators – this Prize Draw is administered by 4UNDER Limited.
